you just can use your own saves in your own account, not necessarly in the same ps4 but if u try use the save game from account 1 in account 2 is not gonna show. The honely choise is pay for savegame Wizarde, there u can make someone save file in your own and even mod it, i dont know how mutch it is but i guess its a little expensive for a program
